The New Testament: A Guided Tour explores each book’s perspective on the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus of Nazareth, as well as the beliefs, practices, and problems of the early Christian communities. More than merely recording historical or biographical facts, New Testament writers are preachers and teachers, conveying their beliefs about Jesus as the long-awaited Messiah/Christ, the Son of God, the Lord of all nations, the Savior of the world.
