 | Christian Life: An Adventure in Love What is "good" about the good news we profess? Join leading spirituality scholar, author, and teacher Sr. Ilia Delio in exploring the Christ adventure. Through this unique 24-topic series you will explore the meaning of Christian life in the twenty-first century. As we enter into a period marked by the science of evolution and quantum physics, global consciousness, technological connectedness and religious pluralism, the question of Christian life becomes urgent. Does Christian life make a difference or is it simply a program of duties and obligations, a life that anticipates an otherworldly heaven? In these talks, you will explore the heart of Christian life as an adventure in love. Christian life is an invitation to love. It begins in the love of God, emerges out of this love, and is destined to share in God's love in a new way. |
